Hmmmmmm . . . I think I’ll pass. It was fun messing around with the self-timer and my new Gorillapod tripod, though!

Oooooooooooooh…………
Hahaha very nice.

You would! Sickoooooo! LOL
Hater hahaaaa
Sickooooooooooooooooooooo!
@ Piax – thanks a lot!
@ George – they’re about $20.00, and they make larger ones that can handle a DSLR for a few dollars more. I’m impressed with it!
@ Ninjin – hi! I’m going to have some fun using it!
@ Liquid – fun stuff!
@ Disco – sold, bro!
Tahoe!
Really clever shot, Earl. I’m checking out the gorillapods, but am hearing that sometimes they don’t hold up so well with the weight of a DSLR & big lens, etc… any feedback?
Hi Mayr! I went to a camera shop and asked them about it, and the salesperson gave them a good review. She said the larger ones for DSLR’s worked well, too. I bet a camera shop near you would let you try one.
The attachment point is very strong, and the way it locks on is too. It’s definitely worth looking at one!
Thanks for the info. Yeah, I live out in the sticks and there’s only one camera shop nearby and they didn’t have them… so I’ll have to look around a bit to try one out, probably next time I’m out in L.A. area. I neeeed one, though. Great design.
Cool shot
I gotta check out that gorilla-pod… and LOL regarding the shower caps. I’m totally with you on that!
@ Mayr – I am a design freak – the look and feel of something really well done knocks me out. Here’s hoping you get to interact with one soon!
@ JC – thanks – just goofing around a little after I checked in!
@ yomamali – I think you’ll like the gorillapod, and maybe we can start a shower cap trend!?
cool shot – and i love your notes – and the tripod – of course !!
have a nice weekend
LOL
I was wondering if Pappy had been here for a minute, lol !!
Hahahahaha I thought about buying one of these grips.
The notes-story makes fascinating reading .. if I get back to the States I’ll check out the Embassy Suites – that Gorillapod certainly has attitude! > I checked it out here http://www.joby.com/
and at flickr! http://www.flickr.com/groups/gorillapod/pool/
LOL @ Jack! you never know!
love the gorilla pod and your interesting inventive use for it!
ha ha ha you did it again!!!! so hilarious!
That’s one cool tripod!..and the notes are very entertaining as always!
No way I’d pay four bucks for water either!
You should start taking the shower caps. Use them as a flash diffuser and save some money so you can pay for the bottled water.
lmao @ leaders….
(I had to come back to re-read the notes and chuckle!)
@ Sylvia – have a great weekend, too – thanks!
@ slyworking – !!!
@ Jack – if he was in town, I missed him!
@ Femgeek – I’m pretty impressed with it, and it is very light, too!
@ Tony – thanks for the heads-up – I posted it to the group. Pretty impressive product!
@ DigitalLyte – thanks – fun stuff!
@ Lord C – thanks – it’s always good to laugh a little!
@ lookin – Flickr notes are one of the best things about . . . Flickr! Thanks!
@ leaders – man! That’s definitely creative use of resources! Good thinking, and thanks for the fave add, too!
@ DigitalLyte – return guests are always welcome – feel free to post a note when ever you feel like it, too!
cool shot… much prettier than the plain ol’ Poland Springs I sell for $4 everyday
Thanks, Judy – and I’m guessing this is Poland Springs or something like it under the label, too. You must have a pretty good business at four bucks a pop!
well, it’s a Broadway Theater, so the combination of NYC and a Theater, and the fact that it’s really a bar, not a candystand… oh, and bottled water’s the only drink people can take to the seats… our alcoholic drinks are fairly reasonable, it’s the water that kills ya!
In a Broadway Theatre, four bucks sounds like a deal Judy!
I’ll say it is! they charge $5 at yankee stadium, and $6 for 1/2 the size at most hotels, but I can’t tell you how many times I get eye rolls, rude comments… I’ve even been YELLED at. oy.
haha, i love the notes overload
wow,i love it too!
Great idea and boy, am I thirsty, but not that thirsty!!
I saw this in the:
